Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem is the upcoming sequel to the 2004 movie , the movie is planned for a December 25, 2007 release.

Not much is known about the synopsis of this movie but the short version goes like The iconic monsters from two of the scariest film franchises ever, wage their most brutal battle yet in an unsuspecting Colorado town.
