Blue Gold : World Water Wars Movie Trailer

Blue Gold: World Water Wars is a 2008 documentary about corporations taking control over earths water resources. We don't have any release date yet but the tagline for the movie is It's not about saving the environment; it's about saving ourselves.

Synopsis
It's not about saving the environment; it's about saving ourselves.

Water, the source of human survival, enters the global marketplace and political arena. Corporate giants, private investors, and corrupt governments vie for control of our dwindling supply, prompting protests, lawsuits, and revolutions from citizens fighting for the right to survive. Wars of the future will be fought over water, not oil. Past civilizations have collapsed from poor water management. Can the human race survive?

Based on the book "Blue Gold; The Fight to Stop the Corporate Theft of the World's Water" by Maude Barlow and Tony Clarke, this feature documentary film explores the global water crisis both from the ecological and political angle from America to Africa, India to South America, Australia to Europe.

A liberal shock film? Last time I checked it didn't matter what color you are are what political wing you support. You need water to survive. And as a real "scientist", specifically a wetland ecologist, I can explain to anyone that wants to listen why this is a huge problem. Maybe we should start doing the research for ourselves instead of listening to the masses out there that could care less about facts and care more about what the talking heads of both parties have to say. Construct a real opinion based on information that you research for yourself.

Oops, that should have said "...it didn't matter what color you are OR what political wing you support."
