Synopsis
The movie depicts a devastating flood hitting London as the Thames Barrier is overwhelmed by a flood created when spring tides meet a North Sea Superstorm. Rob Morrison the head of Defiant Engineering is called to the Thames Barrier for a maintenance check. At the barrier he meets his ex-wife Sam who is the Barrier's Director of Operations. Meanwhile Rob's father Leonard a professor in meteorology discovers that a storm originally thought to hit Holland is on its way towards London. He predicts that the Barrier will not be able to stop the flood if the storm hits during high tide.
The team only has three hours until the flood hits the city, will they be able to save the city of London?
