Iron Man is an upcoming 2008 superhero movie based on the Marvel Comics character Iron Man. The movie is planned for a May 2, 2008 release.
Before continuing with the synopsis I must say this movie is on my must watch in 2008 movies list and don't forget the mean Audi R8 that you see in the first few seconds of the trailer.
Iron Man synopsis
Tony Stark is a weapons designer currently in Afghanistan to introduce his new missile when the air force group he is traveling with is attacked and he is taken hostage. His captors order him to assemble a missile for them and gives him access to a workshop where he puts his creativity to use by assembling himself a bulletproof armor featuring a range of weapons. When the armor is ready he uses it to free himself, once back home he continuous developing the armor into a flying suit and becomes the Iron Man.
Lets hope this movie is as good as its hype suggests it is and that it will be released on time, in the mean while check out IMDb for more information.
