On Evil Grounds or Auf Bösem Boden which is the original film title is basically a twisted Romeo and Juliet romance/horror/comedy movie.
Synopsis
Romeo and Juliet - a psychopath couple is looking for a place of their own, Juliet falls in love with a loft in an abandoned factory. However the real-estate agent and the secret owner of the factory turn out to be a couple of sadistic serial killers, but that's nothing compared to Romeo and Juliet. One dead body and some shovels of dirt later Romeo is in trouble and his only hope is Juliet.

Visually full of dirt and heat, a remote, rotten factory, filthy characters full of oddities, and story wise a sadistic joker with a carefully handpicked dose of meaningless violence On Evil Grounds and its citizens steer toward the unavoidable nihilistic climax.
The film sounds extremely weird and the trailer definitely is among the weirdest things I have ever seen. But the film have been described using words like Hilarious mix of violence, odd romance and perfect comedy which sounds great, so is the IMDb rating of 9.2.
