The Ruins is an 2008 horror/thriller movie based on the best selling novel by the same name written by Scott Smith. The movie is scheduled for an April 4th, 2008 release.
By the looks of the trailer this is definitely a horror movie I will enjoy and I will sure get back to you with my opinion on the movie once I've had the opportunity to watch it.
Synopsis
Based on the terrifying best-seller by Scott Smith, The Ruins follows a group of friends who become entangled in a brutal struggle for survival after visiting a remote archaeological dig in the Mexican jungle where they discover something deadly living among the ruins.
