This almost look too good to be true, but it 's real! Wich I had knewn this when I was smaller...
You need some black garbage bags (the large ones you through trash in after a good party). You put three or more together and fill it will air and bring it out on a sunny day for some fun. The heat will get the black bags to expand and start rising into the sky, and only god knows how high it flies!
I think the guy in the video did a 4 meter long ballon, but you can do larger or other shapes. Right now I want it to become summer so I can play around with this stuff!
