The husband or boyfriend is wearing only a towel and is playing around with a coffee milk pack when he suddenly looses the towel and at the same time this old lady arrives outside the front door looking in when he accidentally opens the coffee milk and splashes the milk in the face of his wife making it look like something totally different.
