French? ... this happens to be Italian ...
"Scherzi a parte" is a TV Candid Camera show, the chosen victim is always some famous tv person. The tit guy in the vid is "Emilio Fede" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emilio_Fede. The whole joke is about he going to a "wellness/beauty center" and being involved in strange and unusual situations (the sexy flirty girls / the fat guy).

I can translate the whole shit if I find the time ... but it ain't relly worth translating.
