Climbing is cool, climbing on ice is cooler but even cooler is it to climb up a 50 meters high pillar of ice that is only 8 meters large at the base.
In Vail, Colorado on exceptionally cold winters this giant ice Fang forms. Climbing as this ice waterfall can be extremely dangerous and should only be performed by experienced ice climbers.
I must say this video looks almost unreal as I have never seen anything like this before, standing by the base of this giant ice pillar and looking up must be majestic. I can't even think about the feeling of having climbed to the top of it.
