This is the Volkswagen Golf GTI W12 650 which was officially uncovered at the Wörthersee 2007 Auto Show about a month back, now we have finally found a video of the car where it is actually being driven so that we can hear the wonderful sound from the Biturbo W12 engine.
The Golf GTI W12 650 produces 650hp and goes from 0-100km/h in 3.7 seconds and have the ridiculously high top speed of 325km/h. The engine was obviously to big to fit in it's normal location and was therefore positioned directly behind the driver and front passenger seat, in order to get enough air to the engine the lower c-pillars were designed as massive air intakes.
The interior and exterior were modded to match the power of the engine as the ordinary Golf V have no big ambitions of looking sporty. The exterior now features a wide-bodykit making the cars image more powerful while the inside got some traditional racing Alcantara along with new switches and gauges.
