Today the turn have come to bacon in the How it's made series.
Before you start watching this video I want to warn all bacon lovers to watch the video, your view on bacon might change. I found the first half of the video rather disgusting because of all that fat and dead meat.
If you think you can handle the truth about bacon you will get a good lock of how bacon is manufactured in the industry. As always with the how it's made videos it's very interesting.
I cannot *believe* you gross out on "fat and dead meat" but not on the use of "liquid smoke" and the spikes used to perforate the "flavouring" into the meat.
This end-product has absolutely *nothing* to do with "bacon".
Buy some REAL pancetta or other truly *smoked* pigmeat in a deli and you'll never want anything to do with the rubbish portrayed in this video.
