It's time to get start with training for the summer season people! You can't go to the beach showing the extra pounds you have gained during the christmas dinners.
With only 6 minutes every day and your own couch you will get your six pack well done for the summer! To be honest, you don't look at the people that have an unfit body at the beach, so why should you have that? I will start to do this simple training every day and see how well it works. Will be really interesting!
