The actor (DCLugi) is playing all parts by him self. Both the company guy and the people looking for work. One of my favourites is the gay guy calling him my girlfriend and is talking really quick. The mexican or latino guy is playing with his large knife during the whole interview.
Quotes like "I don't think I have ever had a job, but I would like to have this" is just the things you want to hear as a recruiter.
