This is a video from a group called Improve Everywhere which is a New York based group formed in August 2001 which have been carrying out over 70 missions like the one in the video above.
In this video Improve Everywhere stagged spontaneous musical in the food court of a a Los Angeles shopping mall. The mission involved 16 undercover agents and no one knew about the performance in advance. One of the agents borrowed a outfit from Hot Dog on a Stick and was given access to behind the counter and the other employees at the food court had no idea she was going to stage a musical. While she waited for the show to get of the ground she actually had to serve a bunch of customers.
