this is not sign language, and it would not be funny to deaf people since all the humor is based on how the words sound and the dual meanings of those sounds.

No it is not sign language but to suggest deaf people would not find it funny is laughable. I have shown this video to deaf friends with a copy of the real lyrics and they have fallen out of their chairs laughing. Not all the Deaf are as wrapped too tight as you seem to think!!
