Lamborghini Reventón is the latest supercar for the super rich people that can put up 1 million Euro to get a new toy to play with. The Reventón debuted at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show and it's the most powerful and expensive Lamborghini to date. It was only supposed to be built in 20 examples but the rumors believe that the number will be adjusted to 100 since the first 20 was sold out in no time.
When the Reventón was unveiled in Frankfurt the CEO of Lamborghini Stephan Winkelmann declared that it was a tribute to the success of the raging bull that have had a record year in 2007. The name is taken from the bull that killed the famous bullfighter Felix Guzman in 1943. The exterior styling of the car was inspired by the F-22 Raptor and the result is the most badass outrageously cool car we have ever seen, there is no car on the market to compare this vulgar machine against.
Reventón Facts
It's powered by a 6.5-liter V12 delivering 650 horsepowers to the 4-wheel drive system that makes it possible to extract every bit of the horsepowers available. The car is almost entirely made from carbon fiber to keep the wight down. All of this adds up to the Reventón that makes 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds and have a top speed of 211 mph or 340 km/h, we want to take it for a drive.
