Le Marginal is a French movie which was released in 1983 and according to imdb it was nothing more then a crapy copy of Dirty Harry.
But to be a crapy movie Le Marginal had somewhat decent car chase which took place in the docks of Paris. Lean back and enjoy the wonderful sound effects.
