MacBook Air was revealed on January 14, 2008 and is the latest and smallest portable from Apple to date. Apple describes it as ultra unlike anything else and that's probably true because this thing is really so thin it's unbelievable. At the thickest point the MacBook Air is 0.76 inches (1.93 cm) and at the thinnest point it's only 0.16 inches (0.41 cm) thick.
