This is a somewhat amusing commercial for Renaults new Clio and it's about this guy driving around on his scooter trying to flirt with females. His problem is that it's only the guys in the new Renault Clio that's getting the girls attention, the solution? Cutting out the new Renault Clio form a bill-board and mounting it as a facade on the scooter.
Well at least this commercial gives you a good idea about what you can do with a bill-board.

Wow, in the US the discovery channel HD is running an add using the same song. There are loads of people trying to figure out the artist but no one is having any luck. However I don't think it was made specifically for renault since discovery channel is running it too. Who knows. If anyone figures it out please post.
