Have you like us been drooling over the new Nissan GT-R the last months? The car has only been released on the Japanese market so far and therefore it's not intended for journalists from other countries to test the car just yet. But Edmunds didn't have the patience to wait for the American/European release so they went to Japan and borrowed a privately owned Nissan GT-R.
And judging by the article they wrote about the test drive they seem very pleased by the car. The Nissan GT-R goes from 0 - 60 mph in 3.3 seconds which is the same time needed by the Lamborghini Reventón.
The Nissan GT-R is powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 that generates somewhere over 473 horsepowers, and to shift gears quick enough it has a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
