Lazy Sunday is a music video sketch from Saturday Night Live in which Chris Parnell and Andy Samberg performs a rap about seeing the movie Chronicles of Narnia and eating cupcakes. It was aired on December 17, 2005.
Some of the expressions in the video have made its way through to other channels as well and wikpiedia have a list of references in other media.
Knowing of this video is considered both sacred and required in some circumstances, don't ask us why.
