This is a great comedy sketch from the Australian comedy duo Hamish & Andy which was broadcasted in their show called real stories.
The plot is that the guys washing car windows at the traffic lights make a lot more money then you can imagine. Their investigation shows that these tax-free incomes can be huge and that the car washers really live a life in luxury.
