This animation was created by two graphic design students wanting to prove that even design students could compete in a film festival. Their aim was to attend the 7th annual film festival at the Art Institute of Schaumburg.
Since they really like the The Hush Sound they decided to create a video for one of their songs and the pick fell on The Lions Roar.
This was the first ever attempt at doing something like this and they taught themselves Adobe After Effects just so that they could undertake this project. For four straight days they fought to finish this project in time for the deadline but in the end they missed the deadline.
We think this animation is great and you guys should definitely keep up the good work and finish the animation to that you can enter the 8th annual film festival.

I saw this video a few years ago on you tube and I have never forgotten it. Its AMAZING. Please finish it! I still listen to the Hush sound, this is the only music video that does them justice (that's including their own videos!). great creativity!
