This is a clip from Top Gear where they drive the super quick Caparo T1 which can best be described as a road legal F1 car.
The Caparo T1 was inspired by F1 design and intended as an affordable street legal race car, the price is estimated at US$ 480,000 (hows that for affordable). The car is powered by a 3.5-liter aluminum V8 engine which delivers 575 bhp at 10,500 rpm. With this engine the T1 does 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds.
When Top Gear drove the car on it's test track the Stig managed to beat the Koenigsegg CCX time with 7 seconds but was disqualified from the leader board because Jeremy Clarkson didn't think that the car was able to go over a sleeping policeman which is one of the requirements.
