In this episode of Top Gear the guys have decided to beat a collection of super cars with an old Jaguar XJS, obviously they failed at the first attempt. But they are not giving up, instead they have decided to cheat in order to beat both the Porsche 911 and the Ferrari 360.
To be able to beat the super cars they have hired a couple of NOS(Nitrous oxide) experts to dramatically increase the horsepower count of the Jaguar. What the Nitrous oxide do is increase the amount of oxygen in the engine creating a more powerful engine.
