This is the definite and complete answer ass to why traffic jams occur even though they should not.
In this video you see a truck that is jamming one of the lines of the road but there is plenty of space for the traffic to flow in the other lanes so there should be no complete halt in the traffic. But what happens? Well people looking for free beer even stops the traffic going in the other direction. I think it's rather amusing that the couple filming this points out that even people driving expensive Mercedes and BMW's stop to plunder the truck wreck from beer even though they clearly have the money to buy the bear.
The worst thing is that some of these people probably try to take the beer before they look to see whether the driver is ok or not and perhaps call the police/ambulance.
Im publishing this under humor since it's both funny and horrifying.
